Sushi Lab review for Autoprinter

Autoprinter has been excellent for our kitchen printing We run a sushi takeaway in Norway and use Autoprinter to send order tickets straight to our Star mC-Print3 thermal printer. Setup was straightforward and it has been reliable for both delivery and pickup orders. What really stood out was their support. We needed a custom receipt template in Norwegian with details that weren't available out of the box: customer phone number, payment method and payment status, a clear split between delivery and pickup orders, line items with quantities and totals, and the order note for the kitchen. I asked if they could add the code and variables to make that possible, and they responded quickly and enabled exactly what we needed. The custom ticket has worked perfectly ever since. Fast, helpful and willing to actually solve the problem instead of pointing at documentation. Highly recommended for any restaurant or takeaway running Shopify orders through a thermal printer.
