We are very happy with our experience utilizing Autoship Cloud within Shopify. Customer support responds efficiently with solutions and has improved their built in features greatly - within a short amount of time. They include direct reporting within the app that covers a wide range of metrics and deliverables. Overall, this app functions well for what we need!

I'm giving 4 Stars because the app isn't that intuitive to set up but the support team is excellent. Despite initial hick ups, we were able to change over from Woo Commerce to Shopify without too much disruption.
