We are very happy with our experience utilizing Autoship Cloud within Shopify. Customer support responds efficiently with solutions and has improved their built in features greatly - within a short amount of time. They include direct reporting within the app that covers a wide range of metrics and deliverables. Overall, this app functions well for what we need!

QPilot helped us migrate our store from WooCommerce to Shopify, and their team made the entire process smooth and seamless. Their support throughout the migration was outstanding. They anticipated challenges before they happened and guided us every step of the way. One of the biggest benefits was that QPilot’s Autoship platform was the only solution able to deliver bundles that worked seamlessly for both one-time purchases and subscription orders. This flexibility was critical for our business model and something we couldn’t find anywhere else. Since launching with Autoship on Shopify, our subscriber conversion has increased by 400%. That growth speaks for itself and has made a massive impact on our recurring revenue. I couldn’t recommend QPilot more highly to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution with a team that truly has your back.

I'm giving 4 Stars because the app isn't that intuitive to set up but the support team is excellent. Despite initial hick ups, we were able to change over from Woo Commerce to Shopify without too much disruption.

Useless and weak performer. Customers have real difficulty using this and adjusting there orders. We have unfortunately been stuck with this for over 18 months and it is terrible. Nothing intuitive for the user and hard to navigate and fix as the Shop owner. Find better alternatives - don't waste $100 per month for nothing.

They managed my migration from my old service provider beautifully. When we hit the small amount of bumps, they were so fast and helping me resolve them. I love the dashboard and how easily it synced up with my customers' online accounts. Highly recommend Autoship Cloud!
