Been using this for a couple of weeks now it definitely handles a lot of my customer inquiries for me and it does sound realistic and I’m very happy with it and for only 29 bucks a month. It’s 100% worth it for my company and it helps to make my brand look very legit and big online!! Thank you!!! Also the founder replies to the support chats so it’s very intimate!

Lol no access to customize. Tried contacting customer support. Never got an answer. At all. Would really hate for my customers to have this problem. No thank you!

Honestly insane the insights I've gotten from my customers since installing this, had some questions that I never considered in my own market research. Can honestly say this has helped me improve both my ads and product pages thanks to that, plus, their has been a bit of a lift in cvr just having a phone number option for support. Still a few features I'd like to have like a summary of these questions but so far really enjoy it

Didn’t think customers would use it but they are and we’re discovering new questions, concerns, and it has helped our entire customer support ecosystem more efficient! We also just love having a 24/7 phone number shown on our website makes us look huge!

Really good with handling customer support. Some customers seem angry when they first come on call, but ava seems so solve any issue pretty smoothly. This has defo helped me reduce my chargeback rate and overall improved my brand image. Very impressed.
