Been using Ava for about 2 months now and the ROI has been fantastic, no longer needed any of my support team to worry about calls from customers since this took over. Also love seeing the transcripts from calls as it helped me tweak my FAQ section on my product page to handle certain objections I never saw before. Call logs have helped too with coming up with new ad angles too, just had a new angle I recently tested perform great out of the gate using the customer data. Really happy so far

Been using this for a couple of weeks now it definitely handles a lot of my customer inquiries for me and it does sound realistic and I’m very happy with it and for only 29 bucks a month. It’s 100% worth it for my company and it helps to make my brand look very legit and big online!! Thank you!!! Also the founder replies to the support chats so it’s very intimate!
Didn’t think customers would use it but they are and we’re discovering new questions, concerns, and it has helped our entire customer support ecosystem more efficient! We also just love having a 24/7 phone number shown on our website makes us look huge!
