They respond very quickly, are highly knowledgeable, and take the time to understand and solve even more complex technical issues. Iris from support understood my issues and was able to resolve them quickly. Very happy with this app. I tested a lot of different ones and none of them did all the things I needed but this one ticks all the boxes.
