So far working great. I had a problem with the install (me, I was the problem) and jumped on the live chat where the lovely Penelope helped me resolve it in no time. She even organised to take off the branding. Thank you!

I needed help in understanding how to get the messages into the site. The chat function led me to Penelope and technician Raymond. They explained the issue, accessed my code and did it for me. And it worked. Very patient help and support for non tech users. Thanks Penelope. I can say that if the product were not free, I would be pleased with the support. even better that the product is free!!
