Great customer service, they answer within minutes and are determined to help you fix your issue or add your feature. I highly recommend them! Liz is the best rep!

Could not rate the customer service more highly, they deserve 10 stars! Had a persistent issue with order mutliples/minimum order quantity not working in our locked wholesale section of store. The Avada team chatted with me on and off for a whole day, and a few days later the whole thing was fixed! Really great customer care and follow through from Alyssa, will definitely continue to use and recommend their products.
