Judy helped answer my questions in a prompt and easy to understand fashion. She also helped to facilitate communication with Raymond, one of Avada's technicians. When we had questions later, their support staff, including Kevin and Christian, were very helpful.

We use the Avada Order Limits Quantity app to apply a maximum order quantity to many of the products we sell. The app is to easy to use, and works well. We did have an initial problem with using the app in a multi-lingual setting, but this was resolved quickly by Lydia and her colleagues.

Im so thankful to the developers for releasing this app which helps us so much with fake oredrs. its such a basic requirement for an e-store and im glad Avada does with with so much ease and exceptional customer support <3
