The team is quick to respond and actually helpful, not just giving generic answers. You also feel that the founders and leadership are involved, which makes a difference when you need something done. It’s also very flexible and works well across different store setups. For us, operating across Europe, that’s been important and it hasn’t caused any issues. Overall, simple, fast, and reliable - does the job really well.
