After switching themes while using another product options solution, we found that all our orders were coming without the customizations. Following several unsuccessful attempts to fix it, we decided to switch to a different product options app. After careful review of all the available customization apps, and trying and failing with a few, we took the decision to give AVIS a try. The initial set up was quick and straigntforward. We made the switch overnight with the immense support from Lulla, Judy, Lucy and devs Jun and Henry. They jumped in to assist in the migration and in a matter of hours, everything was working again, and even with a richer feature set. They have delivered beyond expectations and our store is again able to process customized orders after just a few hours.
