Awairly: AI‑native helpdesk
Awairly is an AI E-Mail customer support app designed to assist Shopify merchants in handling repetitive customer emails efficiently. It integrates with Shopify to provide order and customer context, as well as shipping updates, and drafts replies for common inquiries like order status and address changes. The app also includes an approval queue for reviewing responses before sending them out. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.
