No chat support,
Hey there, as a solo developer, it would be impossible for me to support thousands of stores via chat. I've replied to all of your emails as soon as possible, and I'm happy to continue providing in-depth support with detailed explanations, as I do to all of my customers.

Hey there, I'm sorry you feel something is "slow". I've responded to multiple of your emails, I've explained how to update products and collections, I've explained that you need to update to a bigger plan if you want to export 5,000 products (as listed on the plans page). Fantastic app for creating feeds. We've been using it for several years now, and whenever there are requests or issues that need fixing, the developer is always ready to help, and we always find a solution together.
