I've responded to multiple of your emails, I've explained how to update products and collections, I've explained that you need to update to a bigger plan if you want to export 5,000 products (as listed on the plans page). Fantastic app for creating feeds. We've been using it for several years now, and whenever there are requests or issues that need fixing, the developer is always ready to help, and we always find a solution together.
