I have been billed even though I have the app uninstalled. Do I need to change the settings to prevent this from happening again?

Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern regarding the charge. Shopify manages all app billing independently, and as developers, we do not have control over the billing process. Based on the billing data, your app was uninstalled on January 3, 2025. However, Shopify processed the charge on January 2, 2025, before the uninstallation. This explains why you were billed. If the app had been uninstalled before January 2, 2025, the charge would not have occurred. For future reference, uninstalling an app before the next billing cycle prevents further charges. Awesome Quantity offers many good options to customize the store individually. Additionally, the service is excellent—every one of my requests was addressed quickly and without any issues. Communication was always easy and friendly.
