From the very first contact with Adrian at Awtomic, our experience has been 5 star! This was our first foray into autoship, and we interviewed 3 providers. The level of engagement and follow up with Awtomic put the others to shame. As the owner, I particularly appreciated that, despite our modest size, we were treated as VIP’s from day one. In terms of product, performance, attention to our needs…Awtomic has never disappointed. Any questions were answered promptly, the user experience on our site has been excellent..basically this company, Awtomic, is clearly in this market niche to be the leader!
