After trying two other subscription options, we tried Bundle to help us create a coffee subscription option for our most loyal customers. As a non-profit run by volunteers, we do not have the bandwidth to work with systems that do not enable simple solutions. With other apps we experienced days of waiting on a customer service response which cost our non-profit money in fundraising sales. Bundle eliminated the back and forth we experienced with other apps. The setup was simple and the checkout experience better for our customers. We also love that customers can update their subscription cadence at will. Makes it an easy option for them. Highly recommend Bundle.
