After over 2 years of countless issues and frustrations on our side as well as our customers side, including: making the customer make a separate account, which caused daily questions to our team. Our customers also reported the previous app hard to navigate to change things which again made the customer reach out to our team to help them. Well all that changed about a month ago when switching to Awtomatic! Our customer subscription complains are nonexistent! It was a seem-less transition to the their app!! The customer support they have offered along the way has been top notch as well! Highly recommend them!

TAKING THE MIGRAINE OUT OF MIGRATION: My biggest fear in changing subscription companies was migrating current subscribers (we were with Bold and wanted to move to a Shopify checkout native app). I had heard nightmare stories about migrating (I even started the process with another company, and it was taking me HOURS to get the data formatted correctly per their request). But the process was so easy with Awtomatic - their team handled everything perfectly. I could not have been more impressed with the process and the team's responsiveness. Love the functionality of their build-a-box and am excited about what is on the product roadmap. Total win for our company.

I have used a few different subscription apps in the past, and this one is definitely the best. One of the biggest advantages is that it uses Shopify's own native checkout, unlike other apps that implement their own checkout experience. On top of that, setting up discounts is extremely easy (no need for discount codes or duplicate products). Support team is amazing!

We love to Bundle App and have had a FANTASTIC experience working with the Bundle team. The app has a seamless Shopify checkout (vs Recharge which required us to send customers to a different checkout and duplicate discount codes in Recharge). There are also some very exciting features that they are finalizing that we plan to use to simplify our "shuffle" or "coffee of the month" program from an operational perspective. Emily, Adrian and Brian made the migration from Recharge to Bundle really easy for us. I appreciate their attention to detail to make sure all our orders are migrating correctly. I highly recommend this app and team!

Here is the truth~ I have been looking for an app for my website for literally a year that does BOTH subscription and CHOOSE your own bundle. It just didn't exist, I had to have someone code two apps together and it was a horrible user experience. I was so glad to hear about Emily and her team at Bundle Subscriptions, I jumped at the chance to get on board as soon as it was available. I was able to delete my two other apps, improve my site speed, get an amazing customer subscription and choose your own bundle app all in 1. I couldn't be happier. I know its only been a few weeks, but we have had no issues and customers are so jazzed about the customer interface. I can't say enough about it~ if you are looking for a subscription or bundle app this is the one you need!

Bundle is great application. I was not sure how to add subscription to my products. I was referred by a friend and they helped me setting up. It was a smooth transition. Glad that I have their app so convenient and easy to use and easy to navigate.

Bundle is the Shopify app I wish I built myself. As a 2x DTC founder, I've tried every single subscription app on the market and they were all lacking something. Bundle is seamless and intuitive for the store owner and the customer. Bundle makes the complex task of handling recurring subscriptions dead simple. Plus, our migration away from our previous subscription app was flawless and handled with professionalism and grace. Huge shoutout to Emily and the team behind Bundle. Bundle is a dream come true! We had previously launched subscriptions with another app and it was nothing but trouble. We found Bundle and it has been working flawlessly. I love how the app is completely integrated with Shopify. Everything from checkout to the customer portal and the emails that are sent by Bundle follow our style guide.
