SoulKu review for B2B Order Agent

We recently transitioned to a blended DTC and B2B Shopify store. We looked everywhere for a solution for our independent reps to place orders on behalf of their customers on our new B2B store. The native Shopify solution would not work because we didn't want to provide backend admin access to our independent reps, so we needed a 3rd party app that would allow our reps to place an order for another customers. There didn't seem to be any solutions that would work until we came across B2B Order Agent. It was new, so not all the features were fully built out yet, but as we made requests the team was responsive and worked hard to add them in. We're now 3 months in to using it, and it's been working well. And the support from the Order Agent team has been wonderful! They also offered a 20 day trial and a fair monthly price after that. Would recommend for sure!
