We used to take pictures of every order and then put them in a massive Google drive, but we no longer need to do that with this app! You must scan the barcode; it will automatically attach the customer's information to the picture in the dashboard and then upload a photo of the order; it's that simple. It will help us mitigate chargebacks and customers claiming they didn't receive an item included in their order. I highly recommend it to all businesses, especially because it's free. I don't know how the chargeback features would work if we need to use them; I will update my review accordingly.
