B2B Terms & PO Guard is a Shopify App designed to validate PO number formats, gate deposits, and route B2B orders for review. It offers features such as checking PO number format, prefix, regex, and uniqueness rules, setting deposit percentage guardrails, and routing orders above a threshold for manual review and approval with email alerts to the approver. The app works alongside native Net Terms for D2C orders and does not affect no-company checkouts. Checkout-side enforcement requires Plus B2B, while PO validation, review, and approval are available on every plan.
