Super app qui a changé notre façon de traiter nos retours. Nous avons réduit le traitement de nos retours par 2, nous avons réduit le coût global du traitement de nos retours, et notre solution est désormais plus professionnelle. Excellente solution qui a su se connecter à la fois avec le WMS de notre logisticien et notre solution de service client (ZenDesk). Réponses dans la journée, vraiment appréciable.
