Excellent app and customer support. They even fixed an issue caused by another app dev team. Amazing.
Such a great app! Meera was a huge help from start to finish. She responded super quickly and was really friendly throughout the whole conversation, which made the process easy and stress-free. We needed a few adjustments made, and she walked us through everything clearly and got it all sorted without any hassle. The support was genuinely top notch — responsive, patient, and focused on actually solving our problem rather than giving canned answers. This is the second app from Script Engine that we are using on our site, we have used the Wish List app for a couple of years and that is how we learned they had released a Back in Stock app. After reviewing it and getting in touch with the developers, they soon confirmed that they would soon be implementing an integration with Omnisend, the email marketing software we use, and based on this and the good experience with the Wish List app, we decided to migrate from our existing back in stock app to this one. The team have been very proactive and building our suggestions into the app and any that haven't been immediately possible they are reviewing and planning for the future, which is great. Being based in the UK and therefore on a different time zone can cause some difficulties in emergency situations but everything has always got resolved. We are now very happy being able to design exactly the emails we want and very accurately monitor opens, clicks and purchases. Plus the design of the app and admin is nice, easy to set up as well. Thanks to the Script Engine team for being very patient with us and getting us up and running!

i didnt get on with this app. also even after i uninstalled it, it is still showing on my store!!!!!!!
We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. After reviewing your store, we found that the "Notify Me" button visible on the product page after uninstalling our app is not from our side, but rather from another app currently active in your store. Since our app uses Shopify’s theme extension, once it is uninstalled, our code will no longer display. Additionally, we have already reached out to you via email from [email protected] to address all your concerns. Kindly respond to that email so that I can provide you with complete assistance and help resolve any queries regarding our app.
Tolle, einfach zu bedienende App. Funktioniert reibungslos. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem hinzufügen von Produkten auf die "nicht benachrichtigen Liste". Der Support hat schnell geholfen und das Problem beseitigt. Danke und ich kann die APP nur empfehlen.
