Customer service is the key to everything. I changed a setting in the app and in one of the windows the text wasn't showing up. I emailed and I received a response very quickly. One email later explaining the issue it was fixed. Can't say enough about this app and company. Thank You

I recently installed the "Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert" widget on my Shopify store. The installation process was seamless, and the widget integrated easily with my store's theme. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. On the rare occasion when I've needed assistance the support has been responsive and helpful. Update: Recently installed a new theme and needed a few tweaks. Hasti responded very quickly and efficiently and even suggested a tweak to improve customer experience even further. Great product and customer service!

I must say, this is the first app whose support team helped me install code into my website. In contrast, 99.99% of apps on Shopify usually tell you to figure it out on your own. The app itself is great and simple to use. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive. However, it's still a fantastic restock app that I would recommend to others.

So far, so good. Customer service was on it from the time I logged in. Mohsen had me up and running within just a few minutes and answered my questions promptly. I am not a fan of having to learn new programs and with this I didn't have to do anything.
