This app works perfectly for setting up pre-orders on my store! Super easy to use, very clear settings, and it saved me a lot of time. The support team is quick and really helpful whenever I have a question. Highly recommend this app if you want to manage pre-orders smoothly!

Still getting charged after uninstalling due to issues with the app
We have no rights to charge after the app is uninstalled—Shopify automatically cancels any active recurring charges. However, due to Shopify’s billing cycles, you may still see charges on your bill after uninstalling. These are not new charges, but pending or prorated charges from the previous billing period.

I was having a problem with the app setup, which was not the fault of the design team at all. So I can't give it a 5 star because I didn't set it up properly and therefore it hasn't been working correctly. However, the support team was very quick to respond and helped me fix the settings in just a couple of emails and a couple of days! Thank you so much.

This app works perfectly! It’s simple, effective, and totally free —exactly what I needed to notify my customers when products are back in stock. I had a small issue and the support team helped me immediately. Fast, friendly, and super efficient. Highly recommended!
