The Bambuser team is extremely helpful and the app helped with online conversions. Video content is so important these days and Bambuser make it super seamless by integrating with your store and easily tagging products on your live videos, allowing customers to see all angles of our products. Highly recommend this app!

The technical team is exceptional – they're attentive, supportive, and provide assistance with installation and promptly address any queries. The level of follow-up provided is outstanding. Moreover, the application itself is incredibly user-friendly. The dashboard is straightforward and offers a plethora of features. During live sessions, customers can seamlessly access the showcased products, navigate to the website, and make purchases effortlessly. The replay option is particularly beneficial as it allows consumers to continue their shopping experience at their convenience.
