Bambuser does have a very strong reputation, holding a 4.6-star rating on G2 and a 5.0-star rating on the Shopify App Store. Unfortunately, no one showed up for my scheduled Bambuser demo and I haven't received a follow-up. Very disappointed.

Video content is so important these days and Bambuser make it super seamless by integrating with your store and easily tagging products on your live videos, allowing customers to see all angles of our products. During live sessions, customers can seamlessly access the showcased products, navigate to the website, and make purchases effortlessly. The replay option is particularly beneficial as it allows consumers to continue their shopping experience at their convenience. One of the standout features is the ease of scheduling live sessions and the ability to add them to the calendar for customers.
