Peccato che non ci sia un servizio di assistenza nell’app: è praticamente impossibile contattarli. Il Banner non funziona bene.

After hours of looking for a simple image carousel that does not cost an arm I came across this app and I was saved. might take a little time to understand but it is super simple to use and very very customizable. Even the free version will have everything you need just on smaller numbers. NO LIMITS on how many slides you can put in a slider either (within reason)

I tried the Dawn default section for banner slideshow and many others available at the Shopify app store. The Banner Slider is much easier to config and Steve gave me a very good support customizing the text according to my request, with prompt response. Great job !

Its a great app and plugin with really cool banner and slider options. Though it is easy and intuitive but if you get stuck - there is really prompt and helpful support team available. I was stuck in a situation and got great help / support from Steve. Thank you Steve and the entire team for great product and service

Very nice customer support aswell as a fine working product, i am really satisfied. The communication with the support was quiet quick and my problems were solved in no time. All in all a really nice app!

I could not be happier with the level of service that I received from the Smartify/Secomapp team. Steve Nguyen was especially responsive and patient. We worked together on some customisation that was important for us from a branding perspective. There was a lot of to'ing and fro'ing ... and Steve remained good natured throughout. I have deployed the app in a couple of key places on my website ... and it will enable me to significantly improve the user experience for our customers. Thanks again team for your generosity and professionalism.

Customer support was decent in my experience but, I've had too many issues for something this expensive. Caused my site to load slow and then had dates getting mixed up so banners that had expired (no longer supposed to display) were showing back up.
I’m so sorry for the unhappy experience you have encountered. Our technical team has fixed the issue and replied to you via email. Could you please check it and reply our email from support email? Many thanks!

Same as big haat. Have a huge black friday sale and the slider is breaking our page. Emailed support multiple times, and the developer weeks ago. No response. They don't care. Unacceptable. Now after this review I'm guessing they'll be responding and giving me an excuse of some sort. Lame!

We are using this app and facing some issue regarding slider, images not loading on page .i have send 4 time email last 5 days but till not did not get any response. Bad service.

Very user friendly. Some of the slide transitions are hokey, but there is a wide selection of options to choose from.

The amount of customization is excellent, and the support is the best I've had in shopify. It may be a bit more expensive than other options, but so far, it was the only one that worked correctly on our customized version of Venture theme after a swift intervention form their support team.

No customer service follow up, ive sent them 4 emails and yet no reply. Even though they keep sending me advertisement for other stuff and asking for a positive review. the only reply i get to my mails is the following "Your request (48791) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. One of our friendly staff will get back to you within 24 working hours. (If your ticket arrives us in our working time, we will respond within a few hours). To add additional comments, reply to this email." But its been 3 days now and still nothing. The App might be good but the customer service is very bad
