Wir nutzen Batchly für unseren Bio-zertifizierten Online-Shop und sind rundum zufrieden. Chargenverfolgung mit MHD und Lot-Nummern läuft sauber direkt in Shopify – kein paralleles Excel-Chaos mehr. Besonders positiv: das Helvy-Team hört zu. Zwei für uns wichtige Funktionen (PDF-Upload pro Charge für Bio-Zertifikate und Lieferscheine sowie ein eigenes Feld für die Rechnungs-/Lieferscheinnummer) wurden auf unsere Anregung hin schnell umgesetzt. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die chargenpflichtige Produkte über Shopify verkaufen.
