we're a small business in Las Vegas, NV. for a LONG time now, we were having trouble finding a loyalty program that wasn't complicated, that allowed some customization, and had referrals attached. BayRewards fit exactly what we needed before and need today! the account support we've received is SUPREME. every question and concern on the platform that we had on "can we do this" or "we want this but don't know how to build it." to the people higher up in their company, I hope you recognize Mace P. for his everlasting assistance on our account! the guy is VERY personable and knows how to get things done while being polite.
