With the Beae support team we had an outstanding interaction, and especially with Kian. When I requested removal of the Beae logo, Kian not only responded promptly, but went further, brokering the discussion with the billing team. It's clear that they put the needs of their customers first. It's important to note that logo removal is not part of the standard free plan offerings, and requires special approval from management. This gesture was made to optimize my page, highlighting their genuine dedication to their customers. Beae deserves all the praise for their top notch service!
