support is not easy to work with when it comes to getting a refund inside the 14 day refund period. These guys fight to not have to give a refund, though they say easy 14 day money back guarantee..

Since we operate as a third-party application, the payment and refund systems are fully managed by Shopify, and we are required to comply with their regulations. We understand that you expected the refund to be processed immediately. However, after submitting the request, it typically takes a few days for Shopify to review and process the refund. Unfortunately, this is something outside of our direct control, but please rest assured that we are actively monitoring the process and doing everything we can on our end.
