Rees one of the support team has been brilliant in supporting me with the creation of a tricky design for a section that I envisioned. I tried to do it on Pagefly which failed. Having tried it on my own on Beae, I didnt think it was going to be possible, but their support team created it for me in the background - which was above and beyond any support that I would have expected. Great product and great service. The only thing I would add to it is the ability to create sections as templates and then have them fully editable (i.e you can change text/images/padding etc) in Shopify Theme Editor.
