The app supports English, Spanish, and Chinese We love Bearworks. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on Bearworks and we settled on them for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpfulness of the team).

The AI also sounds like a human sales agent, making the conversation flow seamlessly. I also get to see call recordings, transcripts and summaries of each call, which makes the whole process very transparent. We are now seeing a much higher cart recovery rate, and I would highly recommend this app!

game changer for our store 24/7 sales associate that understands our products and helps customers decide in real time Setup was quick and easy, the team is super responsive (shoutout to Mithun!) works reliably and supports our customer communication effectively It has replaced our live chat feature, which has taken a substantial amount of workload off of our CS team. The AI is super intuitive and easy to train. We looked at many chatbots and Bearworks was a great choice.

I installed Bearworks to improve customer engagement and reduce drop-offs during checkout. What surprised me most was how natural the voice sounds it doesn’t feel robotic or artificial at all. Setup was straightforward, and we were able to customize the experience to match our brand tone in minutes. The low latency makes interactions feel instant, which is critical for keeping shoppers engaged. Since implementing it, we’ve seen improvements in average order value and fewer abandoned carts.
