on voulait proposer nos produits à l'unité et en lot sans que ça devienne une usine à gaz. J'ai un peu tatonné au début pour la présentation sur mobile, mais maintenant c'est propre. Je n'utilise pas encore la partie abonnement donc mon avis concerne surtout les bundles.

We zijn een kleine webshop en doen alles zelf, dus ik had weinig zin om uren met instellingen bezig te zijn. De eerste bundel maken ging gelukkig vrij snel. Ik moest wel even zoeken hoe ik de teksten wilde hebben. We gebruiken nog niet alle functies, maar voor wat we nu nodig hebben werkt het prima.

Lo que más me gusta es poder gestionar los packs y las suscripciones desde la misma app. Al principio me lié un poco con las opciones porque nunca había ofrecido suscripciones. Después de hacer un pedido de prueba entendí mejor cómo funcionaba todo. Me gustaría que hubiera más ejemplos durante la configuración, pero en general estoy contenta.

La usamos para packs de regalo. Fácil de configurar y queda muy bien en la tienda.

We wanted customers to choose between a one-time order and a subscription without making the product page confusing. Took a bit of experimenting with the settings, but we're happy with how it looks now. Still early days, so I can't comment on the long-term results

Really like the app. The only thing I couldn't find at first was where to edit the widget colors. Support pointed me in the right direction. EZ after that.

I almost uninstalled because i couldn't get my first offer looking the way i wanted. Turns out I was doing something wrong... Sofia helped me over chat and now everything looks exactly how i wanted.

It's refreshing talking to support that actually understands Shopify instead of asking you the same questions 5 times.

I only use the bundle features for now. Can't comment on subscriptions yet but if it's as good as the rest of the app I probably will switch.

Been using Shopify for almost 6 years. Probably one of the best support experiences I've had.

We had one small bug with our theme after installing. Thought "here we go again..." Sent a message and it was fixed in less than an hour.

Support helped migrate our products from another subscription app. I was expecting days of work but it was much easier than I imagined.
