I'm having a problem with the size of the widget, it takes up the whole screen and all the space, it's impossible to manage the space.
After I installed the app it seemed to me that this app is not compatible with my Shopify theme. I asked for support but never got an answer. I think I will get an answer very soon after they read my review. That's the way most app customer services work today (unfortunately).

Wartungsarbeiten werden nicht vorher angekündigt. Auf einmal geht unsere Seite nicht mehr da Widgetic irgendwelche Abeiten machen. Ohne Ankündigung, sehr unprofessionell. Bei uns laufen gerade Ads und Kunden können nicht die Seite richtig ansehen. Die Bilder brauchen oft bis zu 20 Sekunden um zu laden. Sowas geht absolut nicht! Oft Server Ausfall. Einfach nicht zuverlässig!
