Worst customer service by the entire team. Following are my experinces: 1. No one answered my query, just opening up tickets. 2. I got in contact personally with one of the previous know associate of Cedcom, only then I got a reply from the bestbuy team. 3. Even after this, the bestbuy ctx service team kept on answering what I didnot asked. 4. Despite my repeated attempts of sharing screenshots about the issue which need to be solved, explaining the core problem, they just kept on sharing what I already knew. 5. Kept on asking them with 1-on-1 meeting so that we can figure out and solve the error in uploading the products, but they didnot even responded to my this query. Wish I would have spent the same amount of time on some other integration app. I have been using their other integration app which is Bestbuy, they are pretty quick & reliable, but this bestbuy team, hands down for the worst customer service received from any helpdesk. Unsubscribed.

Do not expect simplicity. You will spend quite some time figuring out all the steps necessary to set up integration. There will be errors, and you are very likely going to need to chat with the support, which is pretty responsive and usually tries hard to help. Not sure if there is a better solution, so we are likely to keep using this one.
