It's rare to encounter a company so genuinely willing to improve their application and tailor it for their users. Their approach is incredibly sympathetic, and what truly stands out is their commitment to promises. When they say a feature will be integrated into the application, they not only deliver but do so within the communicated timeframe. Blaze is by far the most comprehensive, easy to use, and best value SMS platform for Shopify that we've used. And we've tried them all. Excited to integrate the AI agent features this month. Customer support never sleeps. Thank you guys!

I have searched high and low for an affordable sms app for my small business and so far Blaze has checked all the boxes. The support is fantastic and I'm so excited to start using for marketing campaigns! Highly recommend.

We've been using Blaze SMS for over a month and this is so far the best SMS marketing app we've tried. It's easy to use, quick to setup, and it has everything we need, and more. Pricing is the best on Shopify. Their customer support is super friendly. Happy to give our full endorsement!
