BestDealer Order Tracking is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to sync fulfilled orders and shipment events, providing buyers with a branded tracking page. The app imports Shopify orders with tracking numbers and keeps carrier events current through 17TRACK. Users can review shipment status, destinations, transit time, exceptions, and delivery analytics in the Shopify admin. Additionally, merchants can configure a branded buyer page for tracking-number lookup or order-number-and-email lookup, and adjust exception rules for stalled, overdue, or undelivered shipments.
