buggy app - no response from support since over a week!

Great app. Kept it simple for a not so simple but complex matter using separate shipping rates for D2C and B2B. Very logic and intuitive way to handle the app and the shipping rules. Support gets even 6 stars: Fantastic, quick & friendly support resolving problems in a heartbeat.

Our blended B2C/B2B Shopify Plus store has a variety of complex shipping rates for B2B. We didn't want these displayed to B2C customers. B2B Shipping Rules Pro was a perfect fit. The support from Majd has been superb, with our suggested extra functionality delivered within 24hrs. Highly recommend the app.
