Easy to Navigate & A Game-Changer for Customer Service! I’ve been using the EOE - Easy Order Editing app, and I couldn’t be happier with how it simplifies managing customer orders. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and implement changes quickly. One feature I particularly love is the address editing tool. This is a lifesaver since I often receive emails from customers requesting address changes, and sometimes, due to policy constraints, we're unable to accommodate them. With this tool, those challenges are a thing of the past—it allows customers to edit order details seamlessly and provide the flexibility my customers need. I love this company - nothing is EVER too much trouble and response times to queries is excellent. Leo the Founder is top of his game and a specialist in coding, creation and most importantly, a fab communicator and extremely understanding. This is the 2nd app I have used and I have had some very specific needs for my business. Again Leo was happy to oblige. In fact he is passionate about his work and shows a high level of attention to detail. I have enjoyed working with this company to improve the workings of my online presence and in-store workings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
