Absolutely horrible experience with our Brand Nutrispray. - They take 3 months advance, since they know their customer support and onboarding is horrible. Brand cannot get this money back. - Their onboarding team is horrible - Took 2 weeks and still couldnt onboard our journey messages - The marketing promises made by Mr Prem Kisan were all false. We said the 1 thing important to us was customer support and Onboarding support. They put a largely incompetent team that would setup calls after work hours - They seem to be understaffed. We requested Twice for a change in Support manager, unfortunately no one was allocated. DONOT GO TO BIK. Its a complete loss of your 3 month amount.
Good app to manage our communications and journeys to our customers. The team is also supportive with fast responses wherever required. Highly recommended.
