Billbee is ideal for smaller merchants who infrequently reorder from a few suppliers. It differs from other ERP systems because you can't directly place orders with suppliers or automatically update inventory levels. Although intended as a central tool for managing inventory and multiple shops, Billbee requires you to organize all reorders yourself and outside of the system. This makes the work more cumbersome and prone to errors, especially when managing multiple shops. Keeping track of inventory becomes unnecessarily complicated due to the absence of a crucial function.

The interfaces to our more than 120 partners extend the features of Billbee. Billbee itself offers a variety of features for article and inventory management, which is suitable for many multichannel retailers, but not an in depth inventory management system, as it can often be found in large ERP systems targeting enterprises. Depending on the use case, a decision must be made on whether Billbee is the right solution (perhaps in combination with one of our interface partners) or whether a full ERP system should be chosen - which can be associated with a longer implementation phase and higher costs.
