DESASTRE TOTAL! Pagas por un sistema automatizado que envíe las facturas a Ticketbai. Los problemas empiezan cuando te das cuenta de que deja cientos de ventas en borrador sin enviar a Hacienda, lo peor de todo no es esto, es que solicitas ayuda al equipo humano, y el equipo humano no ayuda, no ofrece soluciones, te tratan como si fueras estúpido, parece que están entrenados para responder emails sin ni siquiera entender lo que les estás diciendo, parece que tienen un protocolo de respuestas y no se salen del guión. NO CONFÍEIS EN ESTE PROGRAMA SI NO QUERÉIS PERDER EL DINERO Y TENER PROBLEMAS CON HACIENDA POR CULPA DE ELLOS. NO SE RESPONSABILIZAN DE ABSOLUMANTE NADA! ESO SÍ, LA DENUNCIA EN LA OFICINA DEL CONSUMIDOR LA TIENEN ASEGURADA!

App muy util! funciona a la perfección y es muy facil de usar. Muy util para descargar todas las facturas de los pedidos. Muy recomendable si necesitas enviar las facturas a TicketBai, se ahorra muchisimo tiempo.
