Binkey has been a great addition to our customers looking to use their insurance to purchase prescription eyewear on our website. Before Binkey we had a more manual process to handle out-of-network insurance claims. It was far from ideal, and a lot of our customers just fell off at some point during the claims process. With Binkey the process is much more seamless, and we see that customers are much more engaged with this solution.
