They wouldn't let me use the app without first having a required phone call with a salesperson, so I signed up for a different company that actually allows their customers to use their service. What a silly business model.

You can launch a campaign entirely on your own in the app. That said, for the first campaign, we like to start with a quick call to ensure your campaign is set up for success (at no charge). Our team helps with design, ensures your mail adheres to postal requirements, validates addresses, and gets everything ready to print and send, so you don’t have to worry about the details.
