BirdSystem Fulfillment is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants fulfill cross-border orders and sync tracking information to their store. It connects the store to BirdSystem, a cross-border logistics and warehouse network, requiring an existing BirdSystem account. The app allows for orders to be imported, routed to the appropriate warehouse, picked, packed, and dispatched, with the option to choose delivery services per market and make SKU corrections before shipping. Tracking numbers are automatically updated to orders once issued by the carrier, and customers are notified.
