We've been using BIRSE for a while now and it's made a real difference for our store. Our product names consist French which customers often struggle to spell or remember. BIRSE's search keyword suggestions have made it so much easier for them to actually find what they're looking for instead of giving up on a search. The product recommendation engine is also noticeably better than the system default one. BIRSE: Visual Search recommends more relevant to what customers are actually browsing. On top of that, their support team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever we've had questions. Solid app, would recommend.
am sorry to say that but the app doesn't work just shows different items all the time which makes this option useless in my store. every time load product for example shoes the result comes dress bracelets est. this is really bad experience.

In addition, we noticed that your store currently has more than 4,000 products in the processing queue, while your current subscription plan covers up to 1,000 products. This difference can make it more challenging for BIRSE to accurately identify suitable matches for image searches.
