Tuve algunos inconvenientes al comenzar con la implementación de la app. La atención al cliente es inicialmente automatizada, por lo que no obtuve respuesta inmediata, y al parecer también existían problemas de compatibilidad con Shopify en ese momento. Sin embargo, el equipo luego se contactó conmigo de forma personalizada y logró resolver todo de manera clara y efectiva. La aplicación en sí es muy buena. Cuenta con un widget que permite vincular fácilmente el WhatsApp, y la integración con Meta fue sorprendentemente rápida (casi inmediata), lo que marca una gran diferencia frente a otras soluciones similares. Las automatizaciones son sencillas de configurar, altamente personalizables y permiten incluir imágenes, lo que mejora mucho la experiencia de usuario. Además, disponer de soporte en español es un valor añadido importante. Sería ideal que en el futuro incorporaran la función de envío masivo de mensajes de marketing. Aun así, es una excelente herramienta para automatizar la comunicación con los clientes y enviar información de compra directamente por WhatsApp de forma profesional y eficiente.

Areas for Improvement: • Message sending can be slow when dealing with large volumes. • Some advanced features require a paid subscription. • Customer support could be more responsive for troubleshooting.
