Reviews Summary

The reviews for the Shopify App are mixed, with both positive and negative feedback. Positive aspects include the app being helpful in managing product collections, with the AI sorting products and handling out-of-stock items automatically. Users appreciate the free feature of randomly sorting products and the fast support that resolves known issues. However, negative feedback revolves around unexpected account deletions, hidden subscription requirements, limitations in the free version, and concerns about unnecessary information requests like Google login. Some users find the pricing for the paid subscription too high compared to competitors offering similar services at lower costs.

Worked just fine until I discovered my account had been unexpectedly deleted, forcing me to set everything up again, and now there's a subscription required.

While the app looks like it will do what it says it will do, the Free version has severe limitations (only 5 x collections, 2 x filter Models, and only updates Collections once p/wk). You then have to upgrade to a paid version, and to get up to 50 x collections and twice per day collection updates, they're asking a rather hefty USD$39 p/mth. Their App Store listing is misleading and unfortunately doesn't provide this information. I hope you change this and be a little more open and transparent in your App Store listing. It will save everyone some time. Outside of this, the app and interface looked good. There was an issue with installation where customer support responded and resolved very quickly. But the unknown cost for my use case was too high. -------------------- Update: 17Sep'24 Thanks for your reply and your update to your App Store listing. I currently have 60 x Collections/Categories, so only your 'Standard' subscription with maximum of 100 x Categories/Collections at USD$39 p/mth would be of use. It looks like a good app but a competitor offers 'Unlimited Collections/Categories' for only USD$9.99 p/mth. If your 'Standard' subscription was priced the same you'd have a new customer...in fact, you'd probably convert many new customers. But it's unfortunately too high in my case. Thanks.

I originally gave this app 5 stars. It did what I needed, sorted my collections randomly. That is all I needed it to do. There weren't any limitations or plans. I had all my collections set up how I wanted. I created more collections came back to find out that the app will only allow 10 collections and I had to pay if I wanted to do what the app was already doing for me when I first got it. Being one of the few 5 star reviews on here, it sucks that I have to modify down to a 1 star.

I was hopeful when I saw this app in the appstore. I installed it and it asked for my Google login. I have installed about 20 apps total and this is the FIRST time I've ever been asked for the Google login. Like all the other apps, you should ONLY need the Shopify credentials, why start asking for all this other information??! Not comfortable providing what they are asking for, so I didn't continue on and they don't have a way to opt out.
